The recipient of the personal data provided is Engave S.A. and, in certain cases, entities whose external services Engave S.A. uses, such as a marketing agency, external accounting firm, law firm, and public institutions to which Engave S.A. is legally required to disclose personal data upon request. Information on the current recipients of personal data can be obtained by contacting us.
7. Personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, but no longer than five years from the end of the current calendar year.

a) request access to that personal data from the controller,

e) not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning that person or similarly significantly affects them.
9. Personal data processed by Engave S.A. will not be subject to decision-making based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
