When everything else fails - clean data remains
Every company that paid a ransom to a hacker had a backup. The problem wasn't the absence of a copy - it was that the backup was accessible from the same network as the production environment. When ransomware encrypted production, it encrypted the backup too. Restoring the environment meant restoring the infection along with it.
Digital Bunker works on a different principle. It's physically isolated from the production network - it doesn't connect to the main infrastructure, isn't visible from the outside, and doesn't run continuously. An infected production environment has no access to it, regardless of the scale of the attack.
Every copy that reaches the Bunker is verified by the CyberSense AI engine before being marked as clean. Over 200 machine learning analyses detect anomalies invisible to standard antivirus systems - including traces of infection that reached the copy before anyone even noticed the attack.
The Bunker is now available as a cloud subscription from PLN 8,000/month - no hardware investment, ready in about 3 weeks.
We've deployed this same technology for clients including Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych.
We know how to build Digital Bunkers.
Working systems, not just copies of data
81% of data breaches start with a compromised account that had excessive privileges. Not a firewall break-in - an employee account that had access to too many things, because someone once granted permissions "just in case" and no one ever revoked them.
The traditional security model assumes that a user inside the company network can be trusted. That assumption stopped holding the moment VPNs, the cloud, and remote work appeared. Today, the company network doesn't exist as a secure perimeter - it exists only as the illusion of one.
Zero Trust replaces the question "is the user on the network?" with "does the user have the right to perform this specific action right now?". Every access request - regardless of where it comes from - is verified individually. In practice, this means that one employee's compromised account doesn't give an attacker access to the entire organization.
Companies with Zero Trust in place lose an average of USD 1.76M less after a cyberattack and detect incidents 25 days faster than organizations without this architecture.

We analyze which systems are critical to business continuity and what an hour of downtime costs for each of them. Based on that, we set realistic disaster recovery parameters - RTO and RPO tailored to your business, not to a generic template.
2
We simulate a real incident - a cyberattack, hardware failure or human error - and restore systems under controlled conditions. We measure the actual recovery time and uncover gaps before a hacker or regulator does.
3
Every test concludes with a report showing confirmed recovery parameters, a list of systems covered by the plan, and a schedule for future reviews. The documentation meets NIS2, DORA and audit standard requirements - ready with no extra preparation needed.
4
A Disaster Recovery plan becomes outdated with every significant change to your infrastructure. We review the recovery environment on a regular cycle - after every system update, configuration change, or environment expansion. Readiness for today, not just for the day it was implemented.
Having a Disaster Recovery plan and having a working Disaster Recovery plan are two different things. Companies regularly discover the difference at the worst possible moment - when, after an attack, it turns out the procedures look good on paper but no one ever checked whether they work in practice. Or that recovery takes four times longer than expected because no one accounted for dependencies between systems.
A recovery test is a controlled dress rehearsal - a simulation of a real incident carried out safely, under supervision, with no risk to the production environment. We simulate a failure, restore systems from backup, measure actual RTO and RPO, and document every step. We also check data hygiene - whether the backup contains encrypted or infected files that would relaunch the attack once restored.
The result is a report with real-world recovery parameters, a list of components that need fixing, and ready-made documentation for regulators and insurers.
Companies going into a NIS2 inspection with an up-to-date DR test report have a real advantage over those who start looking for documentation only after being summoned. We recommend running tests at least once a year - or after every significant infrastructure change.
